When purchasing property in Albania, you work with a local estate agent. Inovia & Co acts as your personal guide and representative throughout the entire process. Once you have found a suitable property, you pay a deposit to reserve it.

Completing the Purchase & Property Transfer

After signing the preliminary purchase contract, the full payment is processed. Property registration follows promptly.

  • Within 1 week of signing: full payment to be made

  • Within 30 working days: property registration and transfer

  • After registration: proof of ownership in both paper and digital form
